Snappy Shopper is not responsible for the participating stores or the delivery drivers which use this service. The agreement is between the customer and the store and Snappy Shopper is only responsible for providing the software to facilitate the service. After you order, we notify the store you have selected and provide them with a digital list of the products you have purchased. By ordering, you agree that your personal details (including location and phone number) may be used for the purpose of delivering your products.
Customers agree to check the items which they receive and understand the mistakes cannot be rectified later.
Alcohol and tobacco purchase is made directly from the local shops and the contract and license to sell is with the shop.
Our maximum liability is for the cost of the items paid for.
If the customer appears to be under the age of 25, we will check for ID containing proof of age. Only driving licences or passports will be accepted. If the customer cannot display valid ID, the restricted items will not be delivered and a refund will be arranged.
